According to a Case List updated on November 18, more than 2,160 lawsuits have been filed in Bergen County Superior Court over the Rejuvenate and ABG II hip replacement systems manufactured by medical device maker Stryker Orthopaedics. Recall of Defective Hip Replacement Systems
It was back in July 2012, that both Stryker’s Rejuvenate Modular and ABG II Modular-Neck Hip Stems were recalled by the medical device maker, a decision that came after it was discovered that the hip replacement systems could cause recipients serious injuries.
