Yes, we regularly visit homes to help clients find the correct medical records to substantiate legal claims.
If a hospital is non-responsive or a pharmacy is non-responsive through email, phone call and certified requests of medical records, our staff members will visit anywhere necessary to acquire the records.
When we receive the electronic files, we will compress them into a zip file with all of your clients intake information, plaintiff fact sheet (PFS) questions and signed retainer and place on our secure server. You will be able to login and retrieve all files associated with the claim.
Getting started is simple. Contact your sales associate or fill out our contact form to get started.
